For accounting firms & fractional CFOs
So you think you should be more active on LinkedIn.But you're too darn busy (and you don't really like marketing).

The problem
Your business isn't keeping pace with your goals.
REFERRAL CEILING
Your growth is capped by who your clients happen to know
Referrals only travel as far as your clients' networks. When you want more work, there's no dial to turn.
LIMITED TIME
You don't have time to do marketing yourself
... or you just don't want to. So it stays on your to-do list, quarter after quarter, and nothing happens.
BAD-FIT CLIENTS
Your clients are good... but not great
You want better clients, and more of them, but you're not sure where to find them or how to reach them.
YOU'RE INVISIBLE
Your ideal clients are already on LinkedIn
But they don't even know you exist. So they're paying attention to your competitors instead.
The fix
One call. One month of posts.
Interview
We interview you
60-90 minutes. We send the questions a couple days early, so you can jot down notes if you want. No prep needed beyond showing up though.
Drafts
You get drafts in your voice
We take your ideas and package them in the way that's most likely to get engagement from your ideal clients & referral partners on LinkedIn.
Review
You review
Nothing goes out without your approval. Don't like something? Tell us. We want you to be happy with everything we publish.
Publish
We publish + report
Posts get scheduled. And each month, you get a report on how the content performed.
THE RESULTS
We sprinkle magic fairy dust on your posts so they perform better.

But engagement isn't the main point. One client had done practically nothing on LinkedIn before we started. He's now built a much stronger network and has had more referral partner conversations than we can count. One of them turned into a client worth about $100K to his business.
$100K
CLIENT VALUE. ONE CONNECTION.

In their words
What clients say
“Before working with GrowthKit, my marketing was super inconsistent. I'd have periods of time I'd focus on it, but if I stopped, I wouldn't pick it back up for months... mostly because I hate marketing and it felt overwhelming. After a few months, I'm having 3–5 meaningful conversations per month with potential clients and referral partners...”

3–5 conversations a month
“Working with GrowthKit has helped put [my company] in front of a lot more people than I was reaching on my own. My visibility on LinkedIn has increased, and I'm having more conversations as a result. Those conversations have been valuable. I've connected with prospective clients I wouldn't have reached otherwise, as well as other firms that serve [my niche].”

THE BAD NEWS
This ain't for everybody
Worth a call if
- You own an accounting or bookkeeping or advisory firm, or you're a fractional CFO
- You're at $500K+ in revenue
- You bill on a recurring monthly / quarterly basis (i.e. not one-off or annual returns)
- You have a niche, or a specific type of client you really enjoy working with
- You're willing to get (a little!) outside your comfort zone
Probably not for you if
- You need clients ASAP. Social media content takes time. Usually 3-6 months, at least.
- You're not interacting with clients regularly. Our content comes from your work. Without it, there's no material.
- You only do individual returns. The economics usually don't make sense.
- You don't know who your best clients are yet. Or you don't have any clients you'd consider "ideal."
- You're not willing to put yourself out there.
WHO RUNS GROWTHKIT?
Well hello. That would be me.

Robert Lucas
Founder, GrowthKit · Nashville, TN
I'm Robert Lucas, and I run GrowthKit. I've been getting paid to write for founders, authors, and CEOs since 2017.
From 2023 to 2025 I worked with Ryan Lazanis at Future Firm. First as a copywriter, then as Chief Marketing Officer. That's how I got into the accounting industry.
I was an English major. I never expected to end up anywhere near accounting, to be honest with you. But I think marketing gets a bad rap from accountants, and I want to change that.
Marketing is a powerful tool when done well. And it doesn't have to feel "salesy" or sleazy. Our mission at GrowthKit is to help firms market themselves genuinely and, as a result, maybe not hate it so much. Lol.
